Bommer + Partner's new working environment extends over two floors on a total area of 1,200m2 with a total of 90 workstations. In line with the latest findings in occupational psychology and the spirit of the times, the workplaces are designed to be task-oriented rather than person-oriented.
Various new zones have therefore been created. These are divided into fixed workstations and desk sharing for day-to-day work, day islands for concentration work, project rooms for teamwork and break-out boxes for telephone calls and meetings.
Traditional conference rooms are still part of the new world of work and are suitable for formal customer meetings and team meetings.
The lounge on the second floor is designed for short coffee breaks and informal discussions with colleagues in a pleasant atmosphere. The attic floor has been ideally equipped for lunch breaks in the style of a pop-up bistro with dining tables and a lounge area; this multifunctional space can also be used for customer events.

The built-in wooden slatted walls act as room dividers and serve as privacy screens and acoustic measures. Curtains allow rooms to be temporarily and flexibly partitioned and also acoustically separated.
The furniture is selected according to the different uses of the areas and rooms and visually demarcates the various zones. Art Deco elements combined with Nordic design give the interior design a timeless, modern and orderly appearance and reflect the DNA of Bommer + Partner.
The use of textiles in different applications and textures supports the creation of a pleasant, warm and homely atmosphere and creates a contrast to the classic working environment.
Blue, Bommer + Partner's primary corporate color, is the common thread running through the rooms and is partially complemented by brown and yellow earth tones. Wallpapers with geometric decorations form a contrast to soft, organic materials and shapes. Right from the planning stage, materials and furnishings were carefully selected and put together with a view to authenticity in order to create the trusting and emphatic environment required for a trust company.
