Grolimund + Partner is a specialized engineering office with over 30 years of experience in the fields of consulting, measurement technology, simulation and research. For its new location in Bern, a new working environment has been developed on the Vidmar Plus site that reflects modern working methods and embodies the identity of Grolimund + Partner.
The spatial concept covers an area of 800m2 and was designed in close collaboration with the client. It offers fixed workstations in open space, individual offices, hybrid spaces and meeting zones. A particular focus was placed on the choice of materials, room acoustics and indoor air quality.
The workstations in the open space are arranged in such a way that efficient collaboration and communication between individual teams and their respective members is possible. The individual offices offer privacy for tasks that require a quiet environment. The hybrid spaces and meeting zones promote informal exchanges, collaboration and networking among employees.
