The companies vonRoll hydro (suisse) ag / TMH Hagenbucher AG / vRbikes.ch ag move into an expanded location in Zurich. The existing building has been carefully transformed into an inviting, multifunctional space. Daylight right into the center of the room and targeted zoning through glass partitions give the premises a modern and timeless look. The tenant fit-out was carried out with the aim of giving the users the freedom to furnish the space and thus bring their individual DNA into the room.
On three floors, the existing grid of the façade structure was supplemented with the alternating layout of closed individual or two-person offices and open group offices. The two lower floors are equipped with a closed kitchenette. Partial foiling serves to increase concentration. The materialization is reduced and rich in contrast. The beige cast floor brings an industrial touch and the warmth missing in the existing building into the space.
The Frey & Frey architecture team planned and coordinated all of the work, from the building permit procedure to the work of the master builder (floor & attic entrances), plasterer, electrician (power connections, server, pendant lights), painter, kitchen builder (carpenter), foiling, signage, plumbing (kitchen connections, offset washbasin), metal interior doors (fire protection doors) and special glazing.
Frey & Frey successfully handed over the tenant fit-out to the client in the second quarter of 2025.
