An in-house trade fair was designed and implemented at the OLWO AG company site in Worb. At the same time, guided tours of the company were offered in groups during ongoing operations, presenting the new warehouses, logistics and sawmill.
Individual booths were built for 24 exhibitors, in which they presented their wood-related products. In order to minimize the dismantling of existing installations, the storage shelves were converted into exhibition booths. Only customer materials were used for the construction - this ensured that the materials used were returned to the natural cycle after the event, thus also taking sustainability into account.
The hospitality area was also set up in a relaxed summer mood in the large, currently unused warehouse. Fixed bench furniture, pallet lounges, suitable lighting, lush planting and selected decorations invited guests to enjoy a cozy get-together in a relaxed atmosphere.
Food and drink stands with a pop-up character were set up in the sheltered outdoor area, which were developed in consultation with the locally engaged caterer to provide guests with culinary delights.
As a great host, OLWO was able to provide around 400 invited guests with exciting insights for two days and present both innovations and tried-and-tested products from the world of wood.
