AMAG Automobil und Motoren AG has been Premium Partner and Official Car Partner of BSC Young Boys since the new season. Frey & Frey was commissioned to design the new AMAG Lounge on the 4th floor of the Wankdorf Stadium. Where once there was a furniture warehouse, a modern lounge has now been created on an area of 47 square meters, offering space for up to 25 people.
The creative interplay between the AMAG branding and BSC Young Boys is reflected in the color scheme and room materials.
Thematically selected graphics, in an interplay between matt and glossy surfaces, as well as metal surfaces as wall cladding, create a link to the automotive industry.
The car, integrated as a reminiscence of the historic VW Beetle, is both a key visual and an eye-catcher. Created using the 3D printing process (1:1 scale), the VW Beetle projects into the room as a central, visual highlight.
The new acoustic ceiling with direct/indirect light offers various customizable lighting scenes with a corresponding mood, glass showcases and a 90″ screen round off the room.
The multifunctional room is suitable for meetings, as a group room or for a small banquet.
