The toilet facilities on the 4th floor of the Wankdorf Stadium have undergone a comprehensive renovation to create an appealing experience for visitors.
The main focus of the design was on the integration of BSC Young Boys, whose history and successes are central to the stadium's identity. The walls are adorned with portraits of well-known BSC Young Boys personalities. This visual homage to the club's heroes creates a direct connection between visitors and the football club.
In a nod to the club colors of BSC Young Boys, the toilet facilities were kept in black and gold. The reduced and simple use of colors and materials underlines the elegant touch.
The oversized portraits of the club legends were realized using a half-tone screen effect and achieve an exciting interaction depending on the viewing distance.
