You've been with Frey und Frey since March 2024. What can you do for yourself and the company?

These first 8 months at Frey und Frey went by in a flash for me. I very quickly felt "at home" - as if I had always been there. The whole team and the management contributed to this. The change was extremely good for me personally, as I was finally able to settle down professionally in my home region, the canton of Fribourg. I bring a "touche de français", a breath of fresh air and my sense of humor to the company. Thanks to my many years of experience in agency life, I also bring new perspectives, experience with tried-and-tested work processes, as well as my expertise in the areas of events and brand experience.

Where do you see the strengths of our company?

Frey und Frey is a down-to-earth, authentic agency that can offer everything from a single source. The extremely good geographical location enables a quick deployment in the D-CH, but also in the W-CH, always with the aim of having satisfied customers at the end of the project.

Where do you get inspiration and energy for your day-to-day work?

I find inspiration in nature and when discovering new places and countries. I love to travel a lot. These trips don't always have to be far away, the destination can also be in Switzerland or Europe - because there are beautiful places to discover everywhere.

What's the best way to switch off?

During sport, for example, I do Kundalini yoga. Or on cozy evenings philosophizing with friends and a glass of wine. And I like to give free rein to my creativity by painting on canvas.

How do you live and what is important to you? Is this space also a reflection of your identity?

I feel comfortable in a rather calm, minimalist environment, the rooms are bright and have a Scandinavian design feel. Everything is quite structured, which also reflects my personality. Green spaces are also a must, both in the room and outside in the garden. It's important for me to be able to get out into nature quickly, as I spend a lot of time in the forest doing sports - that's why it's ideal for me to live in my rural area.

Your personal favorite brand?

There is not exactly a brand, but a favorite architect: Tadao Ando. I find him very inspiring because of his consistent application of minimalism. His preferred material is exposed concrete, and the formwork panels he uses are the size of tatami mats. Together with the holes left by the formwork anchors, this creates an unmistakable grid on the surface. He uses simple, geometric shapes for the basic form of the buildings. The brightness is determined by light slits in the walls, while a few large windows create a connection to the environment and nature, which play a major role in Ando's work. The aim of the design of the rooms is to "find oneself" and promote mental relaxation.

Interior Design FAQ

Interior design thrives on creativity. But there are many steps between the initial sketch and the finished space: permitting processes, fire safety requirements, labor laws, accessibility standards, acoustic standards, and the question of who ultimately bears responsibility. Exhibition Stand Construction & Events FAQ

A successful trade show or event presence begins long before the first visitor arrives. The concept, design, production, technology, logistics, and the on-site team must all work together seamlessly. Between the initial idea and the final handshake lie budget decisions, sustainability considerations, safety requirements, setup logistics, and a team that brings the whole thing to life in just a few days. We answer the ten questions that marketing and communications managers ask us most frequently before a project begins. And we show where the groundwork for an effective presentation is laid.

The city and the people seem cool on the surface, but they’re warm, open, and versatile. The city is cosmopolitan, yet down-to-earth and approachable. What’s one thing you absolutely can’t leave out of your luggage for your next vacation? Binoculars, a pocket knife, and a rain jacket. What’s been your personal highlight since you started working at Frey und Frey? Experiencing and being a part of,

Image: Frey & Frey AG Creativity – Our Human Superpower At first glance, creativity seems like something playful, almost fleeting. Yet it is deeply rooted within us—a genuinely human drive. Of course, other living beings also possess the ability to solve problems in surprising ways. But we humans have taken creativity to a whole new level. Historian Yuval Noah Harari attributes this to a special trait: our ability to collaborate in large groups and share common stories
